Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Duck Fiddel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Gathmann (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fiddel comes into the arena with I'm Shipping up to Boston - Dropkick Murphys blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fiddel lands a jab to Gathmann's midsection.
Fiddel throws a series of strikes that have Gathmann backpedaling.
It looks like James Gathmann has been cut.
Fiddel catches Gathmann with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Gathmann takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Fiddel lands a nice shot to the body.
Fiddel displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Gathmann.
Gathmann walks straight into a right hand from Fiddel - that's dropped him! Fiddel jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Gathmann from any more punishment! Gathmann complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:29 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Duck Fiddel!
Duck Fiddel spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
