Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tom Linke (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Patryk Swiercz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tom Linke! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Patryk Swiercz! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Ian Loll and Gregory Folan.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Linke closes the distance and pushes Swiercz back into the cage. Linke is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Linke has picked Swiercz up - he's going for a ride! Linke dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Linke thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Swiercz trying to control but Linke postures up.
Linke keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Linke is nestled in close to Swiercz, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Swiercz throws a sloppy strike from the bottom. He's now off balance and Linke manages to pass to side control. Swiercz struggling a bit here. Linke in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Swiercz tries to improve position but can't. Linke landing with strikes to the head and body from side control. Swiercz taking punishment in the form of punches.
That's one minute gone in the round. Swiercz tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Linke wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Linke lands some shots froms side control. Linke cracks Swiercz with a big right hand but Swiercz just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Swiercz wants to control but Linke postures up. Linke cracks Swiercz with a big elbow. Swiercz is working to avoid the ground and pound but Linke connects with a decent elbow. Linke works to advance to full mount. Swiercz defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs. Swiercz is looking to get to half guard. Swiercz looks winded! Linke lands a big shot there that rocks Swiercz but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Swiercz is rocked! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Linke is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Swiercz has managed to escape the submission attempt.
Linke landing shots from mount. Swiercz is still in real trouble! Can Linke finish him? Linke has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Linke lands a big elbow - Swiercz is in trouble! More strikes from the mount and Swiercz is forced to tap out!
