Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Simon Saez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robbie Lawler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Saez comes to the cage accompanied by Lifer. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Simon Saez! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Robbie Lawler! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Wesley Smith and Frank Dennis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Saez takes a body punch but keeps moving. Saez uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Lawler. Saez lands a head kick. Lawler smiles back at him and beckons him forward. Lawler will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Nice uppercut lands for Lawler. That snapped Saez's head back.
Saez defending well as Lawler loads up on a big left hand. Saez fails with an attempt to clinch.
Saez wants to clinch up but Lawler keeps it at a distance. A punch lands to the side of Saez 's head but he takes it in his stride. The fight stays on the outside here - Saez looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Saez ducks under a wild hook from Lawler. Saez takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Saez doesn't manage to clinch there - Lawler circles away.

Saez closes the distance but Lawler moves to the side and Lawler counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Simon Saez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Saez tries to close the distance and clinch but Lawler swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. A cross from Lawler lands. Saez tries to clinch but Lawler moves away and Saez takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Donk. Lawler catches Saez right on the button with a cross. Robbie Lawler seems to be getting the better of the standup.

Saez is rocked! Lawler connects with a single shot there. Oh Saez is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Lawler lands with a shot to the body. Saez seems to have got his legs back now. Lawler scores with a three punch combo!
Lawler lands with a big right hook that stumbles Saez - he's out on his feet here! Lawler follows up with another monster hook that separates Saez from consciousness! Saez falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Lawler stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
