Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Orkan Dogu (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pawel Konopacki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 12 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Orkan Dogu!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Pawel Konopacki!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Andrew Berry and William Gold.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dogu checks the leg kick nicely there.
We've been hearing reports that Dogu has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Konopacki is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Dogu takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Orkan Dogu will probably get the nod.

Dogu scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Konopacki is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Dogu can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:55 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Orkan Dogu!
A relieved looking Orkan Dogu thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
