Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Mike Taicon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Nard Betker and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chiasson fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Chiasson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Taicon tries to avoid it but Chiasson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Taicon to the ground. Taicon escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Taicon keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Chiasson goes for a double leg but Taicon avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Taicon continues to drive forward.
Mike Taicon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Matt Chiasson.
Chiasson is trying to push Taicon away but Taicon has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.
Chiasson tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Taicon just stands there and leans against the cage.
Taicon using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Chiasson has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.

Taicon lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Taicon creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Taicon gets through Chiasson's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

Taicon creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Chiasson with a big uppercut! Chiasson tries to clinch up but Taicon pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Chiasson to the mat! Chiasson covers up and Taicon unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Mike Taicon!
