Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jarvan Four (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Igor Rumble (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumble is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: J'ai Osé - Keny Arkana. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jarvan Four! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Igor Rumble! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Four gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Rumble cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Four fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Rumble has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Four is landing a low percentage of strikes. Rumble gets the takedown into side control. Rumble landing a few strikes. Four has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Four regains half guard. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Four pushes Rumble off looking to stand but Rumble dives back in and keeps control.
Rumble scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Four blocking the ground and pound attempt from Rumble. Rumble is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Rumble seems to be working for a kimura but Four defends the submission attempt. Rumble throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rumble is nestled in close to Four, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure. Rumble looking for a submission but Four manages to get full guard, putting an end to that submission attempt.
Four working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Rumble. Rumble scoring with some ground and pound. Rumble postures up in Four's guard and throws a big left but Four blocks it. Rumble has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Rumble drops back looking for a leg! Four is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Four manages to kick Rumble off! Rumble jumps back into Four's guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Four has momentary wrist control but Rumble slips an elbow through the middle. Rumble throws a big right hand that misses.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rumble postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Rumble working some strikes from top position. Four lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Rumble! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Four tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Rumble wants to try and get back to his feet. Four breaks from Rumble's wrist control and lands an elbow. Rumble trying desperately to get to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Four wants to control the action but instead Rumble gets a body lock and reverses into Four's guard! Nice work! Four looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Rumble lands a couple of decent looking shots. Four is looking to stand up but Rumble isn't so interested in that idea. Rumble throws a strike but Four rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Four trying to control but Rumble is working from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Four accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Rumble kicks Four off and gets to his feet. Four has his takedown stuffed and Rumble counters with a single leg into guard. Four didn't expect that. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jarvan Four. That's going to take a lot out of him. Four is breathing heavily. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Rumble is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Four avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Rumble makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Rumble throws a strike but Four rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Rumble is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Four is controlling him. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Igor Rumble dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Four with a poor takedown and Rumble counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Four wants to improve his position but Rumble is controlling well.
Rumble throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Rumble is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Rumble scores with a couple of good hammerfists. Rumble thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Four's head. Four might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Rumble is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Four doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Rumble. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Rumble not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rumble throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Rumble lands with a punch from half guard. Rumble is looking for a kimura but Four is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Rumble to get the leverage. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Rumble lands a nice short elbow. Rumble passes to full mount! Rumble with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Rumble lands a big elbow. Rumble lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
This has been an exciting period of action! Four is looking to improve his position but Rumble isn't that keen on the idea. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rumble working Four over with strikes here. Four on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Four tries to get out of the position. Four taking shots to the head. Rumble has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Rumble working away from the top, dropping strikes. Rumble landing strikes from the mount and Four is in trouble! Rumble with a couple of short strikes.
Four is rocked! A big strike lands for Rumble! That's really hurt Four and he's turned his back - Rumble keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Rumble jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:45 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Igor Rumble! After the fight, Igor Rumble was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
