Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Dean Mean (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hannibal Pineda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pineda shoots in looking for a takedown. Mean tries to sprawl out of it but Pineda keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Mean manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Pineda is trying hard to land a takedown here. Mean sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Pineda throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Mean sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Mean scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

Mean tries to work over Pineda's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Mean is trying to control the position but Pineda postures up.
Mean pulls Pineda in close to his closed guard and prevents Pineda from doing any damage or advancing position.
Dean Mean has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Mean misses with a takedown attempt - Pineda sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Mean throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Pineda's waist but Pineda gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Mean off to one side.
A head kick from Mean lands but Pineda takes it in his stride.

Pineda is trying desperately to land a takedown but Mean is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Pineda.
No luck for Pineda with that takedown attempt.
Pineda leaves Mean with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
