Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Aafke Stam and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Flores misses with a hook
and Valasquez counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
A jab from Flores finds it's way through Valasquez's defenses.
Valasquez misses with an uppercut. Flores saw that one coming.
Valasquez ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Flores moves away.
Flores throws a series of punches but Valasquez moves out of range.
Flores avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Valasquez throws a lazy uppercut
and Flores connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Valasquez comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Valasquez thuds his right hand into Flores's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Valasquez misses with an uppercut. Flores saw that one coming.
Flores swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Valasquez counters with a left to the body.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Flores uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Valasquez.
Flores dodges the punch combination from Valasquez.
Flores pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Valasquez back to the cage. Flores follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Valasquez digs a good hook to Flores's body.
Oooooh!!! Flores has knocked Valasquez down with a huge combo! Flores steps away and waves a wobbly Valasquez back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Valasquez is rocked!
Cain Valasquez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Flores jabs at Valasquez's body.
Valasquez is still on wobbly legs! Can Flores finish him?
Valasquez looks winded!
Flores fakes the body blow, causing Valasquez to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Valasquez goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
