Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Exp One (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ross Woods (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Woods's choice of entrance music: skillet-monster. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Exp One! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Ross Woods! The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, James Ackerman and Phil Schofield.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Woods tries to move into range but One moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. One lands a two punch combo.
One throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Woods finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body. Good exchange - One coming out on top. One leaves Woods with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. One connects with a single shot there. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. One throws a leg kick but Woods sees it coming and checks it nicely. One swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Woods misses with a body kick. One lands with an uppercut that bounces Woods off the cage and back into range. One connects with a crisp jab. Woods rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but One moves out of range and avoids them all easily. One throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Woods misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
One misses with a body shot.
Woods dives in and grabs One's left leg, looking for a takedown. One pushes down on Woods's head and hops out. One throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round. Woods changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. One tries to avoid it but Woods manages to keep hold of a leg and drag One to the ground. One escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Exp One has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ross Woods. One throws a series of punches but Woods moves out of range. Woods fakes high and swings low for a body shot but One manages to avoid it. Woods shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with One but One pushes him off and we're back to square one. Woods tries to land a front kick but One steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Woods with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling One to score with a decent uppercut. Woods throws a series of punches but One avoids them all with ease. Woods tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but One defends well and Woods ends up having to push One into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Woods manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Woods is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Woods escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. One gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Woods looks winded! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Woods working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. One doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Woods is tightening it up a little... One has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! One reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! One taps out! Nice BJJ there by Woods!
