Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Miles Granville (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tonka Tomas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Granville fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Tomas sprawls well initially but Granville persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Tomas missing with punches from the bottom.
Tomas looking for a kimura from the bottom but Granville passes into side control!
Granville is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Tomas has escaped the position, nice work there.
Granville thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Granville has knee on belly and now moves to full mount! Trouble for Tomas!
Tomas is squirming around, avoiding Granville's attempts to control the action.
Tomas tries to reverse the position but Granville maintains control.
Tomas bucks up and manages to get a nice reversal! He's in guard on the top - nicely done!
Tomas throws a strike but Granville rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Tomas tries to land a sweep but no joy.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Tomas is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Tomas trying to keep a closed guard but Granville is proving a slippery customer.
Tomas looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Granville puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
Granville is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Tomas is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
