Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Alexander Krush (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Bruin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Krush comes to the cage accompanied by Pusha T- Pain. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
15 - 11 - 0, fighting out of London, Alexander Krush! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of London, Jack Bruin! The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Chris Edwards and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bruin tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Krush swivels and escapes. Bruin tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Bruin shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Krush manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Krush is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Bruin drops back looking for a leg! Krush is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Krush manages to kick Bruin off! Bruin jumps back into Krush's guard. Krush is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at ~T~ Troid - Gym that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bruin working some strikes from top position. Krush throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Bruin stops Krush from standing up. Bruin postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Bruin has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Krush wants to stand but Bruin is controlling the position. Krush has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Bruin can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
That's one minute gone in the round. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Bruin accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Bruin wants to control from the top but Krush keeps moving. Krush working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Bruin. Bruin looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Krush is looking for a triangle but Bruin pushes his legs off easily.
Bruin is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

It's a sloppy attempt though and Bruin jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Bruin is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Krush wants to stand and escape but Bruin is having none of it. Bruin in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Bruin wants to control from the top but Krush keeps moving.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bruin with a flurry of punches that miss. Bruin preventing the sweep. Bruin is sitting in close to Krush's body. Krush has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Bruin is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Bruin is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Krush.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Alexander Krush! Alexander Krush is the new welterweight champion! Alexander Krush decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
