Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Romao Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aljaybar Samson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, Daniel Bishop and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva tries to clinch up.

Samson is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Silva in particular looking to stall.

Silva is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

The referee asks Silva politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Silva prefers to stall for the moment though.
Silva's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Silva, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
