Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mitch Roxton (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Emory Majors (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
15 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Mitch Roxton! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
13 - 11 - 0, fighting out of New York, Emory Majors! The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Majors misses with a series of wild punches.
Roxton throws a nice outside leg kick. Majors shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Roxton sprawls well. Roxton wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Majors gets slowly back to his feet. No luck with that takedown attempt from Majors. Roxton finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Majors misses with a head kick.
Majors checks a low kick from Roxton. Majors scores with a one two! Roxton had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Roxton darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Majors swats away the attempt to clinch by Roxton. Majors tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Roxton connects with a solid leg kick. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Majors looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. The fighters roll with the hold and Roxton manages to kick Majors off! Majors jumps back into Roxton's guard. Majors throwing strikes from guard but Roxton blocks nicely. Majors has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Majors missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Roxton is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Majors scores with a couple of nice shots. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Roxton has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Majors is working away from the top position though. Roxton is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Majors is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Majors throwing shots but Roxton is blocking nicely. Roxton works his way to full guard. Good work. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Majors passes Roxton's left leg - he's now in half guard. Majors working over Roxton with some ground and pound. Roxton looks like he wants out of this position, which is understandable. Majors throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Emory Majors dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Majors walks into a jab. Majors tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Roxton swivels and escapes. Roxton lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Roxton tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Majors manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Majors tries to score with a low kick but Roxton moves his leg out of the way. Roxton tries to sprawl but Majors drives through with a takedown into half guard. Roxton is staying active underneath Majors, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Roxton is looking to control Majors's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Roxton avoid being mounted? Majors wants to free his trapped foot but Roxton is holding on for dear life with his legs. Majors is trying to advance to mount but he's lost his balance and Roxton reverses the position - he's now on top in Majors's guard. Roxton being controlled here momentarily.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Roxton pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Majors is keeping the position for now.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Roxton tries to clinch up. Roxton lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Roxton keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Majors. Roxton lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.

Majors takes a swing at Roxton's ribcage but misses. Roxton connects with an inside leg kick. Majors shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Roxton as he jumps to the side. Majors pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Roxton lands with a thumping leg kick.

He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Roxton tries to close the distance and clinch up but Majors swats him away and circles back towards the center. Majors avoids the body shot from Roxton.

Majors manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Roxton on his heels. He'll look to pass Roxton's guard now, I'm sure. Roxton is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Roxton misses with a short punch on the inside. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Roxton tries to throw a body punch but Majors avoids it by throwing Roxton back against the cage. The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch. Roxton goes for a body shot but it's blocked.

Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Roxton is defending well for now. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Majors breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Majors gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Majors takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Roxton throws a combination. Majors tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Majors darts in looking for a takedown but Roxton gets double underhooks and turns Majors into the cage. Mitch Roxton has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Emory Majors.

Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Roxton walks away with a smile on his face. Majors gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Majors shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Roxton connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Majors ducks right into an uppercut from Roxton. Mitch Roxton is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Majors shoots in for a takedown but Roxton shows good takedown defense. Majors avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Roxton throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body. Roxton displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Majors. Majors shoots in looking for a takedown. Roxton manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Roxton feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Majors's calf.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Roxton connects with a high kick. Roxton scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Roxton thumps Majors with a low kick. A kick lands to the mid section there for Roxton. Roxton buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.

This has been an exciting period of action! A nice right hand lands inside from Roxton. Majors's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. Majors blocks a punch to the side of the head.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Roxton is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Roxton misses with a hook to the ribs.
Roxton lands a right hand. Majors blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

Majors tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Roxton misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Majors is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though. Roxton is leaning against Majors and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. Majors blocks a body shot from Roxton. Roxton throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Majorss head. Majors pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Roxton avoids a punch combination nicely.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Majors throws a sloppy head kick and Roxton moves out of range easily. Roxton takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
And that's the end of the fight! Mitch Roxton showed his dominance in that final round. I think Roxton has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
