Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jay Wilkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cecil Peoples (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wilkins comes to the cage accompanied by Eminem - Survival. Peoples has chosen Party People by Nelly Featuring Fergie as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

With a record of 20 - 22 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jay Wilkins!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Cecil Peoples!
The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Shigeki Sano.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Peoples gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Wilkins working some strikes from top position.
Wilkins prevents Peoples from getting back to his feet.
Wilkins trying to control the position from guard on top but Peoples is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Wilkins throws an elbow that misses. Peoples uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Wilkins's guard. Nice move by Peoples!
Peoples must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Peoples connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Wilkins's hands.
Peoples drops Wilkins with a naaaaasty hook - Wilkins is in real trouble here! Peoples dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:51 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Cecil Peoples!
A loyal slave to those sponsorship dollars, Cecil Peoples made sure he mentioned Project Mayhem, along with how happy he was to win his fight.
In defeat, Jay Wilkins stepped up to the mic, saying 'I will be back stronger.'.
