The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gouken connects with a jab.
Cut throws a right hand that Gouken ducks under and follows up with a left that Gouken also avoids with ease.
Cut falls off balance throwing a combination
and Gouken counters with a three punch combo that has Cut backing up. Cut nods at Gouken to acknowledge the strikes.

Gouken showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Cut.
Gouken will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

and Gouken counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Cut is lucky that one didn't land flush.

Gouken lands a nice shot that snaps Cut's head back.

Uppper Cut seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Gouken counters with a good low kick that Cut was not able to check.

and Gouken makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Cut really felt that one!

Gouken scores with the left hand. Cut knows he should have avoided that one.
Cut is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Gouken lands a big head kick that sends Cut tumbling to the mat! Gouken takes a step backwards and waves Cut back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

enabling Gouken to counter with a crisp jab.

That has opened up Uppper Cut's cut even more.
Gouken fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Cut.

Cut wants to stay close but Gouken steps back to make room for something. Cut seems frozen to the spot and bam! huge swing of the leg from Gouken and Cut drops like he has been shot! A huge head kick and it's all over!
