Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ramon Rodriguez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Josip Horvat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Horvat's choice of entrance music: Dubioza kolektiv - Kažu. Josip Horvat told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Emerson Jorge and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rodriguez has taken the fight to the clinch.
Rodriguez breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Horvat misses with a takedown attempt
and Horvat takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Rodriguez looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Rodriguez backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks Horvat's temple! It sends Horvat violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Rodriguez celebrates and the doctors try to help Horvat!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Flying Knee). Ramon Rodriguez!
