The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Arvi Lind and Anni Minnemäki.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
John fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Jokinen checks it well.
Jokinen throws a leg kick that is checked
and John counters with a thumping low kick.
John on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Jokinen. Jokinen obviously looking to wear him down.
John throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Jokinen tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Jokinen seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Nice jab there from John.
John has a takedown stuffed.
Jokinen really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Jokinen throws a low kick, looking for John's leg but John calmly moves out of range.
John avoids the head kick by Jokinen.
Jokinen fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt John.
John tries to close the distance and clinch but Jokinen swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

John tries to land a front kick but Jokinen steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Jokinen takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.

Jokinen will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

John lands with an uppercut that bounces Jokinen off the cage and back into range.
Jokinen throws a chopping leg kick but John manages to avoid taking any serious damage.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
John stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Jokinen swivels though and keeps the full guard.
John not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.

Ola John showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Ola John comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well John has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
