The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kelo throws a body punch but Barone moves out of range.
Barone avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Barone throws a right and a left that Kelo avoids nicely.
Kelo connects with a right hand. Barone shakes it off.
Kelo tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Barone was well out of range. Poor timing from Kelo.
Kelo shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Barone is trying to defend but Kelo finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Barone stalks Kelo and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Kelo's face. Kelo staggers backwards, shaken.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Kelo, as that shot connected.

and Barone counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
A punch lands to the side of Kelo 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Kelo's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Barone connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Kelo scrambles back to his feet.

Barone lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
