Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ka Bum (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lee Syatt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Syatt has chosen Tony Bennett - I wanna be around as his entrance music. Lee Syatt told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bum closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Syatt did well to prevent Bum getting side control.

We've been hearing good reports from Bum's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Syatt escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Bum gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Bum is sitting in close to Syatt's body. Syatt has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Bum is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Bum is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Syatt.
