Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between James James (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adam Schwaty (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Joseph Jones and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Schwaty tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and James counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
James tries to sprawl but Schwaty drives through with a takedown into half guard.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

That was a close round but I would say that James James will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

and James counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Schwaty!

James looks up at the clock and then as Schwaty takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, James smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!

Horrible takedown by James or perhaps it was just good defense by Schwaty which made him look bad.
Schwaty tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but James defends well and Schwaty ends up having to push James into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
