And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Brian Johnson!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Chris Edwards and Andrew Berry.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Johnson misses with a few strikes there.
Fukasawa looks for a takedown but Johnson sprawls well.
Fukasawa misses with the combination.
No joy there for Johnson, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Fukasawa scores with a jab to the body.

Fukasawa looking to score a takedown here. Johnson is defending well but Fukasawa drives through and ends up in Johnson's guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Johnson keeping full guard, as Fukasawa tries to pass.
Johnson wants to sweep here but Fukasawa controlling him for the moment.

Fukasawa trying to move into half guard but instead Johnson has managed to sweep!
Fukasawa could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Johnson looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
It looks like Johnson might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Brian Johnson.
The fight stays on the outside here - Johnson looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Fukasawa drives through with a takedown into guard.

Fukasawa has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Johnson is proving hard to escape from.
Fukasawa won't allow Johnson to get back to his feet.

Fukasawa trying to control but Johnson is working from the bottom.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Tomo Fukasawa just wasn't active enough.
Fukasawa throws a push kick but Johnson slaps the foot to one side.
Fukasawa connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

Fukasawa moves into the clinch successfully.
Johnson blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

Fukasawa looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.

Fukasawa looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Fukasawa is trying to keep Johnson in close.
Fukasawa can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Johnson controls the pace.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. Brian Johnson wasn't active enough on the ground.
Fukasawa tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Johnson was well out of range. Poor timing from Fukasawa.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Tomo Fukasawa dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.


Johnson throws a left and a right that both miss

and Fukasawa counters with a single leg into guard. Johnson didn't expect that.
Fukasawa wants to stand but Johnson has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Fukasawa looking to pass the guard.
Fukasawa wants to control from the top but Johnson keeps moving.

Tomo Fukasawa has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet.
Johnson smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.

Johnson swinging wildly here.
Fukasawa lands with a nice combination. Johnson backs away looking to recover.

Johnson drops Fukasawa with a right and a left! Johnson comes rushing in but Fukasawa regains his composure and manages to keep Johnson in guard.


Fukasawa is rocked!
This has been an exciting period of action!

Johnson stands up from guard. Let's bang!
Oh Fukasawa is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Fukasawa tries to get into range but Johnson steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops Fukasawa! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! Johnson scores the big KO victory!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:30 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Brian Johnson!
