Vihtala comes to the cage accompanied by Pohjois-Karjala. Bane has chosen Bad Blood as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vihtala throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Bane keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
Vihtala avoids the head kick by Bane.
Vihtala gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Bane.

It looks like Kaarlo Vihtala has been cut.
Bane turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Bane throws a sloppy head kick and Vihtala moves out of range easily.
Good leg kick by Bane there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Vihtala moves out of range of the body kick.

Bane sends Vihtala crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Bane is motioning to the referee to let Vihtala up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Blood Bane seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bane tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Bane is looking to slow Vihtala down with leg kicks.
Bane connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Vihtala takes a swing at Bane's ribcage but misses.

Bane throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Bane catches Vihtala with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

Vihtala takes a swing at Bane's ribcage but misses.
Bane misses with an attempted mid kick.
Bane lands a leg kick that knocks Vihtala off balance momentarily.
Bane avoids the head kick by Vihtala.
Vihtala misses with a hook to the body

and Bane counters by clinching up.
Vihtala is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.

Bane drops Vihtala onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Vihtala is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!

Bane escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Bane drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Vihtala right on the button. Vihtala goes down! Bane follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Bane gets the win via TKO!
