Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Reggie Coleman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Carlsson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Reggie Coleman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, David Carlsson!
The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Sam Margolis and Paul Tew.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carlsson finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.

Coleman throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Carlsson tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Coleman is in Carlsson's guard.
Carlsson wants to get back to his feet but Coleman is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Coleman throws a strike but Carlsson rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Coleman looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Coleman lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Carlsson circles away quickly and effectively.

Coleman shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Carlsson is trying to defend but Coleman finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Coleman looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Carlsson with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Carlsson pushes Coleman off but Coleman dives into side control.
Coleman advances nicely into full mount.
Carlsson is trying to get back to his feet but can't.
Carlsson is bucking up trying to escape but Coleman cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Carlsson is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.
Coleman can't control as he wanted to and Carlsson manages to get the fight back to his half guard.

David Carlsson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Carlsson tries to land a front kick but Coleman steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Carlsson lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Coleman has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Coleman and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Carlsson enables Coleman to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Carlsson manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Carlsson working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Reggie Coleman.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Coleman, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
