Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jose Mera (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Aldo Brown (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Brown comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Busta Rhymes Feat Eminem - I'll Hurt You kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mera looks to land a right hand but Brown moved out of range.
Mera shoots in but no luck this time.
Mera throws a shot from downtown. Brown moves away and avoids it.
Brown gets a double leg takedown into Mera's guard.
Mera looking for a sweep. Not yet Mera, not yet.
Mera has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.
Brown throws a strike but Mera rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Brown throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Brown wants to sweep but no luck.
Mera sitting in guard, not really doing much.
Brown trying to keep a closed guard but Mera is proving a slippery customer.
Mera passes Brown's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
Mera works his way into full mount!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Brown tries to reverse the position but Mera maintains control.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Brown tries to improve his position but Mera has taken his back! Mera has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Brown tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Mera pushes Brown away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Jose Mera!
Jose Mera gave a mention to Tab out in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
