Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Owen Dospeetree!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jer Bear!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, Dillan Fox and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dospeetree tries to close the distance and clinch up but Bear swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Dospeetree moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Bear darts in looking for a takedown but Dospeetree gets double underhooks and turns Bear into the cage.
Dospeetree breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Bear has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Dospeetree connects with a leg kick. Bear looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
Bear misses with a head kick.
Bear pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Bear closes the distance and clinches.
A knee to the head by Dospeetree.
It looks like Jer Bear has been cut.
Bear wants to break the clinch but can't.
Bear tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Dospeetree smiles and moves away.
Dospeetree stuns Bear with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Dospeetree takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Dospeetree moves into the clinch.
Bear can't break the clinch.
Dospeetree breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Bear keeps the fight on the outside.
Oooooh!!! Dospeetree has knocked Bear down with a huge combo! Dospeetree steps away and waves a wobbly Bear back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Bear is rocked!

Bear looks to land a right hand but Dospeetree moved out of range.

Bear looks winded!
Dospeetree seems to be stalking Bear here. He circles momentarily and then unleashes a devastatic head kick! Bear drops like a stone, out cold! WOW! Are you kidding me!? What a knockout!
