Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Kim Young Il (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pete Schwetty (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Il's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, RATM - Renegades of Funk. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
15 - 8 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Kim Young Il! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
19 - 17 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Pete Schwetty! The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Dillan Fox and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Schwetty misses with a straight right. Schwetty throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Il counters with a single leg into guard. Schwetty didn't expect that. Il chips away with some ground and pound. Il wants to control from the top but Schwetty keeps moving. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Schwetty can do anything to dispel that myth. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Il accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Il trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Il tries to free his leg and advance position but Schwetty is retaining full guard. Il trying to control but Schwetty is working from the bottom. Il sitting in guard here, content to control. Il has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Schwetty looking to hit a scissor sweep but Il is one step ahead there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Il throwing strikes from guard but Schwetty blocks nicely. Il throws a big right hand that misses. Il trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Il scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Il working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Il trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Schwetty has momentary wrist control but Il slips an elbow through the middle. Il throws an elbow that misses. Schwetty uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Il's guard. Nice move by Schwetty! Il managing to control the position. Schwetty must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Il tries to land a sweep but no joy.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Schwetty has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Il to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Schwetty is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Il pulls down on the head and he's put Schwetty to sleep! This one is all over!
