It looks like Slavonik Powarenko has been cut.
Sikhouasvili takes a swing at Powarenko's ribcage but misses.
Powarenko takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Powarenko has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Sikhouasvili is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Powarenko yanks on the arm and Sikhouasvili is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Powarenko.
