Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Frank Castle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cain Dos Santos (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Castle comes to the cage accompanied by Biohazard- Punishment. Frank Castle has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Frank Castle!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Cain Dos Santos!
The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Anni Minnemäki and Matti Vanhoillinen.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Castle stuffs the takedown attempt from Dos Santos. Dos Santos gets slowly back to his feet.

Dos Santos gets caught flat footed, as Castle shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Castle accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Castle throwing strikes but missing.
Dos Santos is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Castle makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.


It looks like Cain Dos Santos has been cut.

Castle loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Castle drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Dos Santos dives on top into guard.

Dos Santos must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Castle controls Dos Santos momentarily but Dos Santos frees himself.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Cain Dos Santos was stalling too much, according to the referee.
Castle shoots for a takedown but Dos Santos saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Castle circles away from the clinch attempt.
Dos Santos shoots in looking for a takedown but Castle manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Dos Santos's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Castle misses with a hook. Dos Santos ducked under it nicely.
The fight stays on the outside here - Dos Santos looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Dos Santos throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Castle tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Dos Santos is in Castle's guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Castle lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Dos Santos!
Dos Santos is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Castle lands a nice shot to the head.


That has opened up Cain Dos Santos's cut even more.
Dos Santos wants to control but Castle is having none of it.

Castle goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Dos Santos is on top in guard.
Castle is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Dos Santos is controlling him.
Castle tries to land a sweep but no joy.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Castle wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
Castle wants to hit a switch here but Dos Santos passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Castle there!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Castle tries to improve his position but instead Dos Santos has taken his back!
Castle tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell!
Castle sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.
Castle is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Dos Santos scores with a couple of nice shots.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Dos Santos is trying to control. Castle wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Castle wants to get back to full guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Frank Castle will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!


Castle looks to throw the jab but Dos Santos is out of range.
Dos Santos tries to clinch there but Castle circles away.
Castle fails with a takedown attempt.
Castle looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Dos Santos changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Castle tries to avoid it but Dos Santos manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Castle to the ground. Castle escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Dos Santos tries to close the distance and clinch but Castle swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Castle throws a jab when Dos Santos was well out of range.
Dos Santos misses with a few strikes there.

and Castle counters with a single leg into guard. Dos Santos didn't expect that.
Castle trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.

Dos Santos pushes Castle off and gets back to his feet.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Castle throwing shots but Dos Santos is blocking nicely.
Castle is nestled in close to Dos Santos, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Dos Santos looks like he's trying to stand up.
Dos Santos keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Dos Santos wants to control but Castle is keeping busy.
Castle not throwing his punches with enough precision this time.
Castle looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Dos Santos with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.


The cut above Cain Dos Santos's eye is starting to cause him problems now.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Cain Dos Santos's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:58 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Cut). Frank Castle!
Frank Castle retains his heavyweight title!
