Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Aljaybar Samson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lubomir Aleksandrowicz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Aljaybar Samson had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 267.8lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Aljaybar Samson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Lubomir Aleksandrowicz! The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Matti Vanhoillinen and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Samson fails to land the takedown. Aleksandrowicz loads up on a big right hand but Samson slips the punch. Aleksandrowicz has Samson up against the cage in a clinch.
Samson tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Aleksandrowicz escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Samson dives in for a single leg takedown but Aleksandrowicz sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Aleksandrowicz breaks the clinch.
Aleksandrowicz throws a lazy head kick and Samson counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Aleksandrowicz is lucky that one didn't land flush. Samson clinches with his opponent.
Aleksandrowicz turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Samson wants to control but Aleksandrowicz postures up. Samson is trying to improve his position. Samson struggling a bit here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Samson tries to get back to half guard but can't. Samson wants to control but Aleksandrowicz postures up. Samson gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Aleksandrowicz working the head and body with strikes. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Samson is trying to control but can't.

Aleksandrowicz closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Aleksandrowicz lands in his opponent's guard. Samson is breathing heavily. Aleksandrowicz decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. Aleksandrowicz misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Aleksandrowicz connects with an inside leg kick. Aleksandrowicz decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. OK we're going to have a standup here. Lubomir Aleksandrowicz hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. Aleksandrowicz fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Samson to the ground. Aleksandrowicz is now in Samson's guard. Aleksandrowicz is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Aleksandrowicz gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Aleksandrowicz throws a nice looking combination but Samson bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Aleksandrowicz closes the distance and pushes Samson back into the cage. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Samson being controlled against the cage. A short left from Aleksandrowicz. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Aleksandrowicz shoots for a takedown but Samson saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Samson shoots in looking for a takedown. Aleksandrowicz tries to sprawl out of it but Samson keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Aleksandrowicz manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Aleksandrowicz misses with a few strikes there.
Aljaybar Samson is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Aleksandrowicz shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Aleksandrowicz showed some decent athleticism there. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Aleksandrowicz controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Aleksandrowicz decides to stand back up. Aleksandrowicz throws a sloppy head kick and Samson moves out of range easily. Aleksandrowicz lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Aleksandrowicz fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Aleksandrowicz takes the fight into the clinch. Aleksandrowicz's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Aleksandrowicz closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Samson's guard. Aleksandrowicz stays in close to Samson's body and controls the position. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Lubomir Aleksandrowicz. Aleksandrowicz throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Aleksandrowicz misses with a double jab.
Samson gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Lubomir Aleksandrowicz showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Samson on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Samson shoots in for a takedown but Aleksandrowicz shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Aleksandrowicz throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Samson tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Aleksandrowicz is in Samson's guard. Aleksandrowicz has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Aleksandrowicz stands up and waves to Samson to follow him. Aleksandrowicz gets a double leg takedown into Samson's guard. Samson swivels though and keeps the full guard. Aleksandrowicz must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Aleksandrowicz controlling from the guard. Aleksandrowicz decides he's had enough of the ground and stands up. Aleksandrowicz rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Samson moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Aleksandrowicz clinches up with Samson and pushes him back against the cage. Aleksandrowicz gets control of Samson's arms and successfully pulls guard. Aleksandrowicz will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Aleksandrowicz is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Samson defends well.

Well Aleksandrowicz has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality.
