Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ulysses Hensley! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Illidan Stormrage! The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Chris Downing and George Francis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hensley closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Hensley lands in his opponent's guard. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Hensley advances position into side control! Hensley tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily. Hensley works to advance to full mount. Stormrage defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs. Hensley content just to control the position here. Stormrage looks winded!
That's one minute gone in the round. Stormrage is in all sorts of trouble here.
Hensley controlling the position easily from mount. Hensley is landing with some decent strikes but Stormrage is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hensley dominating with strikes here. Hensley landing shots from mount. Stormrage wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back. Hensley knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Stormrage on the ground. Hensley is riding his opponent, not letting Stormrage buck him off. Hensley scores with punches and elbows.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hensley lands a shot to the head. Hensley has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Stormrage's body.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hensley's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Hensley working for the choke. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ulysses Hensley dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Hensley feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Hensley really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Hensley passes Stormrage's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Hensley is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Stormrage defends it well. Ulysses Hensley overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Hensley missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Stormrage is breathing heavily. Hensley is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hensley content to control rather than advance. Hensley trying to pass the guard but Stormrage defending well. Hensley is controlling the pace.

The ref stands the fighters back up because Ulysses Hensley just wasn't active enough. Hensley is looking to chop away at Stormrage's legs. Hensley darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Hensley frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Stormrage taking shots to the head.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hensley looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet. Hensley content just to control the position here. Hensley has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hensley is looking to stand but Hensley has his arms wrapped tightly around him, looking to prevent the damage.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ulysses Hensley dominated that second round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!
Stormrage gets caught napping as Hensley dives in and scores a takedown. Stormrage manages to retain guard. Hensley stays in close to Stormrage's body and controls the position.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Ulysses Hensley. Hensley feints a jab promting Stormrage to slip. Hensley then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Stormrage slips again and ducks right into an uppercut. Hensley fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Stormrage on the side of the head. Stormrage has his takedown stuffed and Hensley counters by moving into the clinch. Hensley has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Stormrage clear over his head and slammed him to the mat! Stormrage takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Hensley is riding his opponent, not letting Stormrage buck him off.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hensley looking for the choke from the back. Hensley controls the position. Hensley lands a shot to the head. Hensley is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Stormrage can do to turn this around?
That's two minutes gone in the round. You know, I was talking to some of our celebrities at ringside tonight and they were split right down the middle on who was going to win this fight.
Hensley has his opponent's back and is working for the choke. Hensley will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Hensley working for the choke.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hensley looking for the choke from the back. Stormrage takes a big shot to the side of the head.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Hensley just keeping the dominant position. He can't wait too long though, otherwise the referee will stand them back up.
Illidan Stormrage has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Ulysses Hensley is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
And that's the end of the fight! Ulysses Hensley showed his dominance in that final round. Well Hensley has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
