The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Chris Saunders and Roger Salmon.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Plights doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Lee counters with a nice double leg into side control. Plights won't be happy with that.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Plights tries to bench press Lee off him but Lee keeps the position.
Lee is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Plights has escaped the position, nice work there.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Lee is trying to get an arm triangle but Plights is defending well.
Lee trying to control the action but Plights is working from the bottom.

Plights is positioning himself to get back to half guard.

Lee working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Lee thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Lee is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Plights knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Lee is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Plights is trying to escape and Lee transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Plights is forced to tap! Nice work there by Lee! Very nice indeed!
