The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Pinto closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Golotowski to the mat! Golotowski manages to get full guard.
Golotowski really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Golotowski looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Pinto throws a big right hand that misses.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Golotowski has momentary wrist control but Pinto slips an elbow through the middle.
We've been hearing good reports from Golotowski's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
Pinto has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

It looks like Pinto might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

Pinto has hold of Golotowski's arm here. He's working for an Americana. It looks like he might have it! Golotowski tries to escape but he's just digging himself in deeper - Pinto cranks the arm and Golotowski screams in pain! The ref makes a decision and ends the fight before the tap - no complains from Golotowski, who is just happy to have his arm attached to his body.
