Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Despicable Oh Dae Su (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Antonio Vegata (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Oh Dae Su comes into the arena with Scary blaring out of the sound system. Antonio Vegata acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 29 - 11 - 2, fighting out of Helsinki, Despicable Oh Dae Su!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 19 - 14 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Antonio Vegata!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oh Dae Su tried to score with a low kick but Vegata checks it.
Oh Dae Su changes levels and scores with a jab to the body.
Oh Dae Su misses the shot to the body.
Vegata shoots in but no luck this time.
Vegata fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Oh Dae Su looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Vegata shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Oh Dae Su counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.


It looks like Antonio Vegata has been cut.
Oh Dae Su tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Vegata was well out of range. Poor timing from Oh Dae Su.
Oh Dae Su throws a shot from downtown. Vegata moves away and avoids it.

Vegata shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Oh Dae Su napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Oh Dae Su is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Vegata is controlling him well.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Oh Dae Su is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Vegata's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.
Vegata trying to control the action but Oh Dae Su is working from the bottom.
Vegata trying to pass the guard but Oh Dae Su defending well.
Vegata thows a huge punch but Oh Dae Su dodges it nicely.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Oh Dae Su is controlling Vegata's position as best he can from this difficult position.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Oh Dae Su trying to hold on to Vegata's head to control him but Vegata postures up.
Oh Dae Su preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head.
Oh Dae Su wants to get back to his feet.
Oh Dae Su is trying to control but can't.

We're going to have a standup here because Despicable Oh Dae Su wasn't active enough for the referee's liking.
Oh Dae Su jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Vegata throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Oh Dae Su sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Vegata throws a nice looking combination but Oh Dae Su bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Oh Dae Su misses with a body shot.
Antonio Vegata seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Vegata circles away from the clinch attempt.
Vegata fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Oh Dae Su manages to avoid it.

Vegata thows a left - swing and a miss!
Oh Dae Su takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Oh Dae Su misses with a leg kick.
Vegata with a lazy takedown attempt
and Oh Dae Su counters with an outside leg kick.
Oh Dae Su is looking light on his feet compared to last time was saw him fight.
Despicable Oh Dae Su has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Antonio Vegata.
Vegata looks to throw the jab but Oh Dae Su is out of range.
Oh Dae Su throws a low kick, looking for Vegata's leg but Vegata calmly moves out of range.
Oh Dae Su is looking to slow Vegata down with leg kicks.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Vegata fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Vegata swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Oh Dae Su.
Vegata misses the jab.
Oh Dae Su thows a body shot but no joy.
Vegata darts in looking for a takedown but Oh Dae Su gets double underhooks and turns Vegata into the cage.
Oh Dae Su keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Vegata's efforts to push away.

Vegata prevents a body shot from Oh Dae Su.
Vegata wants to take the fight to the mat but Oh Dae Su manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Vegata drops down looking for an ankle pick but Oh Dae Su pulls his leg out and moves away.
Oh Dae Su displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Vegata.
Vegata jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Vegata shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Oh Dae Su but Oh Dae Su pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Oh Dae Su throws a low kick but Vegata moves out of range easily.
Oh Dae Su is looking to wear down Vegata with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Vegata throws a right hand that Oh Dae Su ducks under and follows up with a left that Oh Dae Su also avoids with ease.
Oh Dae Su blocks a jab.
Oh Dae Su ducks under a wild hook from Vegata.
Oh Dae Su scores with a head kick. Vegata tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Vegata lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Oh Dae Su cracks Vegata with a hook to the temple - Vegata is on wobbly legs here! Oh Dae Su swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Vegata falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Oh Dae Su wins by TKO!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:14 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Despicable Oh Dae Su!
A very excited looking Despicable Oh Dae Su made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
