Carwin's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Mama Said Knock You Out. Kleinschmidt has chosen Pezet - Slang 2 as his entrance music. This should be fireworks!

17 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Elroy Kleinschmidt! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A looping hook to the body misses from Kleinschmidt. Carwin does a little dance to reset his feet. Carwin throws a push kick but Kleinschmidt slaps the foot to one side. Carwin swinging wildly here.

Kleinschmidt has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Carwin is landing a low percentage of strikes. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Kleinschmidt cracks Carwin with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. That's three minutes gone in the round. Kleinschmidt takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Kleinschmidt missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Carwin controlling the position well. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Kleinschmidt lands a nice short elbow. Carwin controlling the position well. Carwin is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Kleinschmidt scoring with strikes to the body and head. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Kleinschmidt looks to land a strike but Carwin avoids it nicely and regains full guard. Kleinschmidt throws an elbow that misses. Carwin uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Kleinschmidt's guard. Nice move by Carwin!
That's four minutes gone in the round. Carwin trying to control but Kleinschmidt is working from the bottom. Carwin slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Carwin trying to control the position from guard on top but Kleinschmidt is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Carwin trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Carwin's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Shane Carwin has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Carwin looks to land a combination but Kleinschmidt avoids it well. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Kleinschmidt fails miserably with a takedown attempt. Kleinschmidt looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Carwin tries to roll over but Kleinschmidt keeps him under control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Elroy Kleinschmidt dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Carwin throws a hook but Kleinschmidt avoids it easily. Carwin pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Carwin lands a nice leg kick that just misses Kleinschmidt's sensitive parts. We've been told by Carwin's head coaches at Xtreme Punishment that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Carwin throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Carwin drops Kleinschmidt with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Kleinschmidt looks back up at him and smiles so Carwin waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
It looks like Elroy Kleinschmidt has been cut. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Carwin misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Kleinschmidt cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Kleinschmidt connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there. Kleinschmidt dives in and scores a takedown into Carwin's guard. Kleinschmidt stops Carwin from standing up. Kleinschmidt preventing the sweep. Kleinschmidt in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Kleinschmidt postures up.

He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Carwin works his way back into a safe position though. Carwin wants to control from the top but Kleinschmidt keeps moving. Carwin preventing the sweep. Kleinschmidt manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

That was a close second round but I would say that Shane Carwin will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Elroy Kleinschmidt's cut. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Some bone on bone action there as Carwin checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Shane Carwin is winning the standup battle so far. Kleinschmidt fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Carwin manages to avoid it. Kleinschmidt takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Kleinschmidt takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Carwin connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Kleinschmidt shoots in for a double leg but Carwin sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Kleinschmidt throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Carwin weaves into range and cracks Kleinschmidt right on the temple with a beautiful overhand right! Kleinschmidt goes down! He's out cold! Wow, what a beautiful knockout! Carwin is strutting round the canvas like a movie star as the camera bulbs flash frantically.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:41 of round 3, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Shane Carwin! Shane Carwin took some time post fight to say the following; 'Do you quack? Do you quak like a duck when you suck!!! Hey after party at my place- I need a blow job!!! Gina!! I know your out there come on baby!!!!'. In defeat, Elroy Kleinschmidt stepped up to the mic, saying 'I want rematch!'.
