Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, and Timothy Bukovac.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sakara moves in looking to clinch but Kline pushes him off.

The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Kline tries to roll over but Sakara keeps him under control.

Sakara keeps control of Kline as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Kline thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Sakara if he has to take too many more of those.

Kline has managed to clinch.
Kline tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Sakara smiles and moves away.
Sakara throws a sloppy head kick and Kline moves out of range easily.
Kline tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Sakara paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Kline shoots in looking for a takedown but Sakara manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Kline's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Sakara throws a right and a left that Kline avoids nicely.
Sakara steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Kline. That one must have hurt.

Sakara is trying to break the clinch but Kline has him pressed against the cage.
Kline jumps guard but Sakara turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

Sakara changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Kline tries to avoid it but Sakara manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Kline to the ground. Kline escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Kline dives in for a single leg takedown but Sakara sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Sakara shoots in but no luck this time.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Kline taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
Sakara tries to pull guard but Kline forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Kline really is a fat lump.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Kline takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life.
Sakara can't break the clinch.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Kline lands a nice shot to the body.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

That's time! Kline's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. And we move into the final round!

Kline has Sakara pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Sakara manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.
Sakara is trying to push Kline away but Kline has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

Kline breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Kline connects with a solid leg kick.
Sakara is trying hard to land a takedown here. Kline sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Trey Kline has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alessio Sakara.
The fight stays on the outside here - Kline looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Sakara shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Sakara showed some decent athleticism there.
Kline might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Sakara takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Kline is on top in guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kline won't allow Sakara to sweep him here.
Kline not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Kline tries to free his leg and advance position but Sakara is retaining full guard.

Kline gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.

Kline shoots in for a takedown but Sakara shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Sakara closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Kline did well to prevent Sakara getting side control.

and Sakara counters with a shoot takedown. Kline fights it but they end up in guard.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Kline has control of Sakara's left arm, preventing Sakara from doing any damage.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Sakara looking to sit in guard and control but Kline gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

And that's the end of the fight!
I would just about give that final round to Alessio Sakara.
I think Sakara has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
