And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Jorge Kelvin!
The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Ryoma Takatsuka and Micheangelo Fripello.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Six closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Six wants to pass to mount but Kelvin is defending the position.

Six tries to roll over but Kelvin keeps him under control.

Kelvin is pressing down on Six's thigh, looking to free his foot. Six is holding on for now.

Kelvin is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Jorge Kelvin showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!

Six throws a front kick that sends Kelvin stumbling back into the cage.

Choel Six is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Six gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Kelvin to score an easy takedown into full guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Kelvin accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Six tries to buck Kelvin off but Kelvin is having none of it.

Kelvin has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Six after a bit of a struggle.

Kelvin wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Six escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Kelvin shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Six is trying to defend but Kelvin finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
