The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Williams throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Disms counters with a right hand to the body.
Disms uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Williams.
Williams misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Disms.
Williams takes one to the chin there.
Disms looks to land a right hand but Williams moved out of range.
Williams misses the jab.
Williams scores with a sloppy right hand. Disms should have avoided that one.
Williams misses with a straight left.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Disms connects with a right hand. Williams shakes it off.
Disms listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Disms drops Williams with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Williams looks back up at him and smiles so Disms waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Williams is rocked!
It looks like Rony Williams has been cut.
Disms looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Williams misses with a double jab
and Disms makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Williams looks winded!
Disms is stalking Williams. Williams circles to his left. Keeps circling left. Bam! Straight right from Disms, and it's lights out! Williams really payed the price for that rookie mistake.
