Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Sergei Dronov and Aleksandr Martynov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garvonin shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Ling but Ling pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Ling has managed to clinch.
Ling definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Ling escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Garvonin will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Garvonin looks for a takedown but Ling sprawls well.
Pao Ling has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kobroma Garvonin.
Ling lands a jab to the nose.

Garvonin tries to keep at a distance but Ling has taken the fight into the clinch.
Ling scores with a shot to the side of Garvonin's head.

Ling lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Garvonin backwards.
Garvonin is trying to pull guard but Ling turns him against the ropes and we stay in the clinch.
Ling's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Ling has cracked Garvonin with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Ling lands another huge swinging hook and Garvonin tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Garvonin, before Ling can land any more shots!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Pao Ling!
