Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sang Rich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and jj Rodriguez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fray, Jeff Smith and Josh West.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rodriguez rushes Rich and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Rodriguez tries to land a knee to the head but Rich blocks with his arms.
Rich changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Rodriguez fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Rodriguez misses with a kick to the body.
Rich avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Rich moves to clinch but Rodriguez breaks away
and Rodriguez counters by clinching up.
Rodriguez has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Rich is trying to keep an underhook but Rodriguez manages to get the takedown into half guard.

Rich bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Rodriguez's guard.

That was a close round but I would say that Sang Rich will probably get the nod.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Rodriguez tries to clinch but Rich is having none of it.

Rich closes the distance and clinches up with Rodriguez, looking for a takedown. Rich pushes Rodriguez against the cage but Rodriguez circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Rich throws a sloppy head kick and Rodriguez moves out of range easily.
Rodriguez throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Rich tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Rodriguez is in Rich's guard.
Rodriguez really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Rich. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Rodriguez drops back, looking for a kneebar! Rich looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Rich looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Rich!
Rich is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Rodriguez has escaped the position, nice work there.

I would just about give that final round to jj Rodriguez.
