The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Yuuki Gou and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A momentary lapse in concentration from Lee enables Madden to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Lee manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Lenard Madden.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Madden tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Lee defends well and Madden ends up having to push Lee into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Madden is on top in guard.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Lee accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Lee takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Madden's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
