Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Colin Ferraro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Seth Morrow (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Colin Ferraro! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Seth Morrow! The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Emerson Jorge and Seu Braga.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ferraro throws a head kick but Morrow moves out of range.
Ferraro drops Morrow with a big left hand and mounts him. Morrow is in big trouble!
Morrow is rocked! Morrow is trying desperately to improve position. Ferraro stands up from mount. Strange move. Ferraro looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Ferraro misses with a straight left. Ferraro misses with an attempted mid kick.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Ferraro misses with a head kick.
Morrow takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Ferraro gets caught flat footed, as Morrow shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ferraro is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Morrow preventing the sweep. Morrow postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Ferraro looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Morrow throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Morrow scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Morrow looking to pass the guard. Morrow should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Morrow thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Ferraro misses with a head kick.
Ferraro looks to land a combination but Morrow avoids it well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Ferraro stuffs the takedown attempt from Morrow. Morrow gets slowly back to his feet. Ferraro rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Morrow moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Ferraro throws a wild body kick that Morrow sees coming a mile off. Morrow shoots in for a takedown but Ferraro shows good takedown defense. Ferraro connects with a vicious head kick that knocks Morrow to the floor! Ferraro dives in looking for the finish! Morrow is still in real trouble! Can Ferraro finish him? Morrow is trying to get back to full guard. Morrow seems to have recovered his senses. Ferraro trying to control from half guard but Morrow is working away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ferraro stands up from half guard. Morrow blocks a head kick by Ferraro.
Ferraro misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Morrow showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Ferraro.
Ferraro scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Colin Ferraro dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Ferraro throws a head kick that misses. Ferraro throws a nice looking combination but Morrow bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Ferraro wants to clinch up but Morrow keeps it at a distance. Ferraro looks for the body kick but Morrow saw that one coming. Ferraro swinging wilding here.
Ferraro looks to land a left hand but Morrow moved out of range nicely. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ferraro misses with a body shot.

Colin Ferraro seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. The fighters circling - Ferraro throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Ferraro misses with a body shot.

Ferraro with a poor takedown and Morrow decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Ferraro's guard. Morrow trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Ferraro wants to sweep but no luck. Ferraro wants to stand but Morrow is controlling the position. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ferraro can't keep his opponent in guard - Morrow advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Morrow winds up and cracks Ferraro with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Morrow seems to be working for a kimura but Ferraro defends the submission attempt. Morrow blocks the strikes from Ferraro.
Morrow trying to pass the guard but Ferraro defending well. Morrow has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Morrow is working for a kimura but Ferraro is defending it quite comfortably.
Morrow is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Morrow is nestled in close to Ferraro, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Ferraro shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. Ferraro throws a head kick but Morrow moves out of range.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Ferraro looks to score with a jab to the body but Morrow is just out of range. Ferraro looks to land a combination but Morrow avoids it well. Colin Ferraro is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Ferraro tries to clinch up but Morrow circles away and keeps his distance. A punch combination from Ferraro misses. Ferraro tries to land a front kick but Morrow steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Ferraro misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Seth Morrow showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!
Ferraro throws a wild body kick that Morrow sees coming a mile off. Ferraro fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Morrow manages to avoid it. Ferraro throws a head kick but Morrow moves out of range.

Ferraro tries for a takedown but Morrow circles away easily so Morrow counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Ferraro looking to hit a scissor sweep but Morrow is one step ahead there. Morrow drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Ferraro manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Morrow has Ferraro in his guard. Morrow manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
That's one minute gone in the round. Morrow goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Ferraro is on top in guard.
Morrow is working an open guard so Ferraro takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Morrow avoids the head kick by Ferraro.
Ferraro throws a sloppy head kick and Morrow moves out of range easily. Ferraro is looking to wear down Morrow with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. Ferraro throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Morrow stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Morrow moves out of range of the body kick from Ferraro.

Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Ferraro. Ferraro tries to clinch up but Morrow circles away and keeps his distance. Ferraro throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Morrow uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Ferraro.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Ferraro misses with a takedown and Morrow counters with a single leg into guard. Ferraro didn't expect that. Morrow thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Morrow drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Morrow as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Ferraro screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Morrow! Nice submission victory there!
