Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Stu Ungar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Coach Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ungar comes into the arena with Ari Gold - Let's Hug It Out, BITCH blaring out of the sound system. Jackson has chosen Hit Him With Your Groin as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
30 - 15 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Stu Ungar! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
19 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Coach Jackson! The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Anni Minnemäki and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jackson misses with a leg kick. Jackson keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

A head kick misses from Ungar. Ungar has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Jackson thuds his right hand into Ungar's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Nice body punch from Jackson. A punch lands to the side of Ungar 's head but he takes it in his stride. Jackson staying out of range there. Jackson keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

It looks like Coach Jackson has been cut. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Jackson thows a body shot but no joy. Ungar thows a body shot but no joy. A clash of legs there as Jackson blocks the low kick. Jackson takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jackson throws a right and a left that both miss. A looping hook to the body misses from Ungar. Jackson does a little dance to reset his feet. Jackson throws the left hand but Ungar avoids the punch easily. Ungar throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Ungar tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Jackson lands a head shot. Ungar throws a jab when Jackson was well out of range. Jackson jabs Ungar to the body, keeping him at a distance. Jackson throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Ungar uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Jackson. Jackson missing with a left hand there. Ungar was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Ungar misses with a wild body shot. Jackson blocks a head kick by Ungar.
Jackson's coach down at Putka was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Jackson's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jackson works Ungar's body with a nice hook. Ungar is looking to wear down Jackson with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. This has been an exciting period of action! A solid body kick from Ungar. Ungar throws a lazy right hand but Jackson sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Ungar misses with an uppercut. Jackson saw that one coming. Stu Ungar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Jackson walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Jackson connects with a crisp jab. Ungar throws a low kick but Jackson moves out of range easily. Ungar has taken the fight to the clinch.
A head punch on the inside from Ungar fails to land. Jackson cracks Ungar with a nice body shot. Ungar misses with a body punch.

Ungar misses with a short punch on the inside. Jackson lands an uppercut. Ungar goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Ungar throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. Jackson taking a break, stalling in the clinch.

That's four minutes gone in the round. This has been an exciting period of action! Ungar's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Ungar throws a hook but Jackson avoids it easily. Ungar falls off balance throwing a combination
so Jackson counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Jackson trying to control the position from guard on top but Ungar is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Ungar not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Jackson scoring with punches to the head and body. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Jackson working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Ungar's head. Jackson controls from within his opponent's guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Coach Jackson will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Coach Jackson's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

A head kick by Ungar misses and Jackson counters with a nice double leg into half guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Jackson missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Ungar is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Jackson missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Jackson wants to take a breather but Ungar is having none of it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jackson winds up and cracks Ungar with a swinging punch to the side of the head. Jackson thows a huge punch but Ungar dodges it nicely.
Jackson throwing shots but Ungar is blocking nicely. Jackson seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Ungar does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. Ungar won't allow Jackson to pass to mount. Jackson is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Jackson throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Ungar because Jackson loaded up on that one. Jackson pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. Ungar is desperately trying to improve his position but Jackson has a good base and remains in mount. Jackson raining down hammerfists from mount. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Jackson misses with a head shot. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Jackson cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

BOOM! Jackson connects with a massive shot to the dome!

That's four minutes gone in the round. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Jackson throwing damaging strikes from the back! Ungar could be in trouble here!
Jackson thows a huge left but connects with the canvas and not his opponent. Jackson lands strikes to the head. Jackson throwing wild punches that miss their target. Jackson has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Jackson punishes Ungar with strikes from the back mount. Jackson tries to get the hooks in deep but Ungar pushed the leg off. Jackson lands a shot to the body. Jackson trying to control momentarily.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Ungar is covering up but some of the strikes from Jackson are getting through and doing damage.
Jackson has his opponent trapped and is landing shots. Not a good position for Ungar. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Coach Jackson showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

A shot to the body from Ungar misses and Jackson makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Jackson lands a front kick. Jackson paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Ungar lands a nice shot to the body.

He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

and Jackson counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Jackson lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Ungar tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Jackson was well out of range. Poor timing from Ungar. Jackson lands a glancing blow to the side of Ungar's head. Jackson connects with a single shot there. Ungar takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Jackson trying to control the position from guard on top but Ungar is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Ungar is looking to sweep but instead, Jackson has passed into half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jackson thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Ungar seems to have got his legs back now. Jackson throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Stu Ungar has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Jackson performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Coach Jackson has got the better of the ground game so far. Jackson thows a huge punch but Ungar dodges it nicely.
The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Jackson. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man. Jackson wants to lay and pray for a moment but Ungar keeps working. Jackson slows the pace down in half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ground and pound from Jackson. Jackson throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Jackson trying to advance position but Ungar counters by regaining guard. Jackson trying to control but Ungar is working from the bottom. Coach Jackson is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jackson postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Jackson stays in close to Ungar's body and controls the position. Jackson postures up in Ungar's guard and throws a big left but Ungar blocks it. Jackson trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Jackson avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

And that's the end of the fight! Coach Jackson comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Jackson winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
