Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lenard Bender (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tarw Hax (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Lenard Bender! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Tarw Hax! The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Steven Brown and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bender moves out of range of the body kick from Hax.
Bender really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Hax tries to land a front kick but Bender steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Bender bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Bender creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Hax sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Bender has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Hax is looking for a sweep. Hax sneaks back into half guard. Bender not landing any meaningful shots this time. Bender is taking a breather. Hax says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Hax desperately trying to maintain half guard. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Hax can do anything to dispel that myth. Bender is working for a submission of some sort.
Hax actively working from the bottom here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bender is trying to control the action in half guard but Hax is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Bender tries to pass the half guard into mount. Hax knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Bender is working hard here to advance position. Bender stalling. Bender trying to control the action but Hax is working from the bottom.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hax moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Hax trying to keep a closed guard but Bender is proving a slippery customer.
Bender is fighting to break Hax's control of his arms but Hax is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment. Bender postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Hax is trying to control the position but Bender postures up.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Bender gets a double leg takedown into Hax's guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Hax is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hax has his foot on Bender's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Bender works his way back into a safe position though. Hax is trying to control the position but Bender postures up. Hax looks winded! Bender wants to control from the top but Hax keeps moving. Bender pushes down on Hax's leg and manages to get into half guard. Hax taking some punishment here, with Bender in his half guard. Hax tries to get to full guard but Bender has control of the leg. Bender wants to lay and pray for a moment but Hax keeps working.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bender thows a huge punch but Hax dodges it nicely.
Bender is thwarting Hax's attempts to control the position. Bender is trying to control the action in half guard but Hax is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. Bender trying to pass the guard but Hax defending well. Hax is looking to improve his position.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Bender wants to take a breather but Hax is having none of it. Bender will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Bender is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Lenard Bender dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
Hax fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Bender checks it well. Bender shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Bender showed some decent athleticism there. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bender prevents Hax from improving his position. Bender is keen to just control but Hax is a slippery customer. Bender is trying to work for a kimura but Hax is defending well.
Bender is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hax tries to get to full guard but Bender has control of the leg. Hax wants to sweep but Bender has passed to side control! Bender is looking to take a break and control but Hax is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Bender is really struggling to control Hax but he's trying to hold on to the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bender tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Bender has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Hax struggling a bit here. Bender trying to control the action but Hax is working from the bottom. Bender throws a strike aimed at the side of Hax's head but Hax avoids it well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hax tries to buck Bender off but Bender is having none of it. Hax can't do much from the bottom here. Bender trying to control the position but Hax is working away. Hax is looking to reverse the position. You can see the frustration on Hax's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hax tries to improve position but can't.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bender looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Bender moves into full mount! Hax working to try and regain half guard.
Bender trying to control but he's not successful this time. Bender unloads with some shots from mount but Hax bucks and avoids them well.
Hax is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Lenard Bender dominated that second round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Bender shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Bender was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Hax is trying to get back to half guard. Hax keeps trying to improve his position. Hax struggling a bit here. Bender wants to lay and pray for a moment but Hax keeps working. Hax looks to move to half guard but instead Bender has passed into mount! Damn!
That's one minute gone in the round. Hax wants to hold on but Bender pushes him away. Bender looking to finish Hax with some ground and pound. This is bad for Hax! Bender avoids the attempt from Hax to control. Hax really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bender. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Bender sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it! Bender can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Hax is looking to escape. Hax tries to hold on but Bender postures up. Hax takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Hax is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Bender is staying active.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hax is wriggling around trying to escape.
Hax regains half guard. Hax wants to control but Bender passes into side.
Bender is looking to take a break and control but Hax is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Hax tries to strike from the bottom but misses.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Hax tries to buck Bender off but Bender is having none of it. Hax struggling a bit here. Hax is not content to let Bender control the position. Hax tries to get back to half guard but can't. Bender tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Hax regains half guard there - taking advantage of Bender's attempt to lay and pray for a moment.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bender takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Bender is working for a submission of some sort.
Hax is trying to get back to full guard. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Hax actively working from the bottom here.
And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Lenard Bender. Well Bender has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win...
