Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mick Mutters (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wolfram Stelzer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Mutters might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Hand of Doom. Stelzer has chosen Satyricon - K.I.N.G. as his entrance music. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Wolfram Stelzer! The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, Trevor Gratis and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mutters fails with an attempt to clinch.
Stelzer has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Mutters is landing a low percentage of strikes. Mutters swinging wildly here.
Jab by Mutters. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Mutters throws a lazy uppercut
letting Stelzer counter with a right hand. No joy there for Stelzer, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Stelzer scores with a hook to the body. Mutters takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Stelzer takes a swing at Mutters's ribcage but misses. Stelzer decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Stelzer stops Mutters from getting back to his feet.
Stelzer wants to pass the guard but Mutters is defending well. Mutters's coaches at Machine Shop Training Center have been working on his defensive grappling in preparation for this fight so let's see if he can get out of this tricky position. Stelzer wants to work for an arm triangle but Mutters is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Mutters pushes Stelzer off and gets back to his feet. The fight stays on the outside here - Mutters looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Stelzer uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Mutters. Stelzer throws a jab but it's blocked by Mutters. Stelzer closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Mutters manages to escape and get back to his feet! Stelzer shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nice takedown defense from Mutters. No joy for Stelzer on that attempt. Stelzer throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Mutters tries to clinch up but Stelzer circles away and keeps his distance. Mutters takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
A big left from Stelzer misses. Mutters ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Stelzer is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Stelzer tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Mutters swivels and escapes. Mick Mutters has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Wolfram Stelzer. Stelzer's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Mutters connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Stelzer scrambles back to his feet. Mutters has managed to clinch.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Mutters wants to clinch. Stelzer's jab looks to have found its range, popping Mutters under the eye. Stelzer with a body punch. A glancing blow. Mutters misses with an uppercut. Stelzer saw that one coming.

Stelzer scores with a shot to the side of Mutters's head. Stelzer has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Mutters is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. Mutters manages to break the clinch.
Mutters moves out of range of the strikes. Mutters tries to close the distance and clinch up but Stelzer swats him away and circles back towards the center. The fighters circle momentarily. Stelzer darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Stelzer shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Mutters is trying to get back to full guard. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Mutters has one foot on Stelzer's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet. Mutters misses with a wild body shot. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Wolfram Stelzer dominated that round. That's time! Mutters's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

letting Stelzer counter with a right hand. Mutters tries to clinch up. Stelzer clobbers Mutters with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Stelzer slips a jab from Mutters. Mutters on the wrong end of a nice hook. Stelzer looks to score with a jab to the body but Mutters is just out of range. Stelzer uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Mutters. Mutters clinches with his opponent.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Stelzer scores with a shot to the side of Mutters's head. Mutters scores with a nice hook to the head. A short left from Stelzer. Mutters manages to break the clinch.
Stelzer throws the left hand but Mutters avoids the punch easily. Stelzer is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Mutters. Mutters lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Mutters is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all. Mutters leaves Stelzer with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Stelzer connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Mutters tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Stelzer paws at him with a jab and circles away. Stelzer throws a hook but Mutters avoids it easily. Mutters moves into range and connects with a jab. Stelzer forces Mutters back against the cage and clinches. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Stelzer is looking to break free of the clinch but Mutters has double underhooks. Mutters swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Mutters misses with a short punch on the inside. Wolfram Stelzer is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Mutters tries a body shot but Stelzer blocks it.
