Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Boone Straud (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roy Nelson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Roy Nelson!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Frank Dennis and Wesley Smith.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nelson goes for a double leg but Straud avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Straud continues to drive forward.

Nelson looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Straud lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Nelson goes for a takedown attempt but Straud pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Nice takedown defense from Straud. No joy for Nelson on that attempt.
Boone Straud has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Roy Nelson.
Straud stuffs the takedown attempt from Nelson. Nelson gets slowly back to his feet.

Straud lands with a shot to the body.
Straud fakes the body blow, causing Nelson to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Nelson goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
