Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Virgil Little (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Edoja Mark (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Edoja Mark will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Virgil Little!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Edoja Mark!
The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Cecil Peabody and Frank Dennis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mark tries to work over Little's front leg with a kick but Little checks it.
Little blocks a head kick by Mark.

Mark moves into the clinch.
Little tries for a takedown but Mark manages to get underhooks.
Little prevents a takedown attempt there.
Mark is defending well against a takedown attempt.
Little wants a takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Virgil Little. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Little displaying some good clinch control by pressing Mark up against the cage.
Mark misses with an elbow over the top.

Little ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Little no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Little has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Mark is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Little.

Mark has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

Mark changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Little fights it off and pushes away nicely.

Mark doesn't manage to clinch there - Little circles away.
Mark will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Little displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Mark.
Little avoids the body shot from Mark.
Little throws out a leg kick but Mark moves out of range and Little only half commits.

Mark goes for a double leg but Little avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Little continues to drive forward.

Little's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Little shoots for a takedown but Mark saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Little is looking to slow Mark down with leg kicks.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Edoja Mark will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Virgil Little is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Little shoots in for a takedown but Mark shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Little misses with the combination.
Little lands a leg kick that knocks Mark off balance momentarily.

Mark has taken the fight to the clinch.
Little jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Mark walks away with a smile on his face. Little gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

and Mark counters with a nice body shot.
Little tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Little dives in and grabs Mark's left leg, looking for a takedown. Mark pushes down on Little's head and hops out.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Mark ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Edoja Mark seems to be getting the better of the standup.

Little gets tackled into the cage by Mark. Mark maintains the clinch.
Little wants to break the clinch but can't.

Mark manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.
Little could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Mark is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Mark lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Little!

Little wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Mark.
Mark sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!
Little tries to reverse the position but Mark maintains control.
Mark controlling the pace for now.
Let's hope that Mark has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Little might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

Little is trying to reverse the position but instead Mark has taken his back - oops!
Little covering up well and avoiding damage.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Little is very frustrated here, being controlled quite effectively by Mark.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Mark working for a choke but Little is defending well.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Edoja Mark showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!

Little leaves Mark with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Mark fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Little avoids it really well and circles away.

Mark's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Mark with a flurry of punches that miss.

Mark decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Mark feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Mark engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.

Mark is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
Little tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Mark drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Little dives on top into guard.
Edoja Mark has got the better of the ground game so far.

Mark scrambles and gets back to his feet.

Mark shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Little but Little pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Mark shoots in for a takedown but Little shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Little tries to score a body lock takedown but Mark shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Little breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Virgil Little has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Edoja Mark is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.

Edoja Mark comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Mark has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
