Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Hiilo Rodrigo enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vodka tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Rodrigo was well out of range. Poor timing from Vodka.
Vodka takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Vodka throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Vodka uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Rodrigo.
Vodka fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Rodrigo has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Vodka enables Rodrigo to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Vodka manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Vodka is wriggling around but Rodrigo manages to pass to half guard.

Rodrigo seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Vodka does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
