Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sakari Nurmi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryuu Tatsuya (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nurmi kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Turisas -Take the day!. Tatsuya comes into a darkened arena with his song building. DBZ kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Tatsuya is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Nurmi feints and as Tatsuya raises his hands in defense, Nurmi changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Ryuu Tatsuya really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that L.A. Elite Clothing Co logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
