Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Shane Waitzel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adam Kemp (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Waitzel comes into the arena with Dimmu Borgir - Puritania blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
26 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Shane Waitzel! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
33 - 13 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Adam Kemp! The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Jonathan Paton and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kemp misses the shot to the body. Danga de danga de dang - Waitzel scores with a four punch combination!
It looks like Adam Kemp has been cut. Kemp tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Waitzel throws a jab when Kemp was well out of range. Kemp avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Kemp throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Kemp lands a two punch combo.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! The fight stays on the outside here - Waitzel looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Kemp blocks the body kick.
Kemp lands with a thumping leg kick.
Waitzel closes the distance looking to clinch and Kemp counters with a left to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kemp is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Kemp takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Kemp has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Waitzel. Waitzel gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
It looks like Shane Waitzel has been cut. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Waitzel on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Kemp lands a nice leg kick that just misses Waitzel's sensitive parts. Waitzel moves out of range of the leg kick from Kemp. Waitzel throws a half hearted mid kick. Kemp scores with a push kick. Waitzel throws a leg kick that is checked and Kemp counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Waitzel is breathing heavily. Kemp misses with a looping right. Waitzel swings away with a body shot that misses
and Kemp counters with a solid body kick. Waitzel seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kemp feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Waitzel sprawling to the canvas! Waitzel rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Kemp finish him?!
Kemp drops Waitzel with a straight right hand, right on the button! Kemp follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:15 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Adam Kemp! Our winner, Adam Kemp, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
