Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Michel Gray (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Don Curre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Curre comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Drowning Pool - Bodies kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Michel Gray! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Don Curre! The judges for this bout are Steven Brown, Phil Schofield and Paul Tew.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gray tries a head kick but it misses.
Gray shoots in but Curre avoids the takedown attempt easily. Gray throws a sloppy head kick and Curre counters with a head kick. Curre slaps away a takedown attempt from Gray, before circling back to the center of the mat. Gray fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Michel Gray. That's going to take a lot out of him. Gray drives through and clinches with Curre against the cage.
With the two fighters working up against the cage, Curre just misses with a elbow thrown towards Gray's brow. Curre looks to throw an elbow but misses. Gray takes an elbow to the forehead.
It looks like Michel Gray has been cut.
That's one minute gone in the round. Curre throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.

Curre lands an elbow inside that Gray shrugs off. Gray has Curre pushed against the cage. Gray is trying to force a seperation but Curre has the dominant position. With the fighters up against the cage, Curre throws an elbow but misses. Curre pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage. Gray slowing the pace effectively.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Gray tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Curre smiles and moves away.
Gray misses with a takedown attempt - Curre sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. The fight moves into the clinch position. Curre throws an elbow that misses.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Curre stands up from Gray's guard - Curre perhaps looking for a knockout. Curre uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Gray. Curre keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Gray goes for a double leg but Curre avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Curre continues to drive forward. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Curre takes a shot to the head. Gray wants to stall.

A close round but Don Curre will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Michel Gray's cut. That's time! Back to the action!
Gray throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Gray closes the distance and clinches up with Curre, looking for a takedown. Gray pushes Curre against the cage but Curre circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Gray shoots in for a double leg but Curre sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Gray moves in looking to clinch but Curre pushes him off. Gray throws a leg kick and Curre counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Gray is lucky that one didn't land flush. Gray misses with a lunging right hand
and Curre counters with a head kick. Gray shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Curre but Curre pushes him off and we're back to square one. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Michel Gray. That's going to take a lot out of him. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Gray shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Curre sprawls well. Curre wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Gray gets slowly back to his feet. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Curre stuffs the takedown attempt from Gray. Gray gets slowly back to his feet. Gray wants to clinch and as Gray loses concentration momentarily, Curre counters with a picture perfect head kick! Gray goes down, out cold! The referee rushed in to check on his condition - I'm sure he'll be ok but that was a massive knockout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:40 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Don Curre! A very excited looking Don Curre made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.
